Against a backdrop of more restrictive rural planning policy, we’ve found our skills helpful in drawing up Certificates of Lawful Use for our landowner and tenant clients. This is particularly relevant when agriculturally-occupied houses or farm buildings have changed from their original use.

We now offer complementary expertise in re-use of brownfield and greenfield land. This includes identifying and bringing forward land through the local plan process for residential or commercial development, amenity or leisure purposes. We promote individual sites within a built development, in conjunction with our surveyors.
