A stable block  is currently in situ, this will be moved by the owners prior to completion along with any remaining post and rail fencing. ACCESS:  The property is accessed off the main road (A271) by way of a private driveway through a double gated entrance leading to an area of hard standing.

SERVICES:  There is currently a temporary supply for mains water and mains electricity connected to the site however, these will be disconnected prior to completion. PLANNING: Outline planning permission has been granted by Wealden District  Council on the 9th October 2017 (reference WD/2017/0479/O) for the erection of one dwelling. Permission is granted subject to the subsequent approval by the local planning authority of the detailed particulars of the layout and design which will need to be confirmed in a reserved matters application. Please note that the indicative house type/layout drawings are not approved. This planning permission enables any prospective purchaser to agree the design and layout of the building and associated garaging subject to the approval by the council. The planning permission was granted subject to a number of conditions which are set out on the decision notice, which all prospective purchasers should familiarise themselves with.  A full copy of the planning permission is available from Wealden District Council via their website or can be supplied by the Agent’s Mayfield Office on request. 

The Community Infrastructure Levy could be payable in line with Wealden District Councils schedule of charges. Interested parties will need to make their own enquires in respect of this.
