Farm building sale successes

With the planning team, Bloomfields, successfully obtaining planning permission for a number of clients for redevelopment of their modern farm buildings, several have now come to the market with some excellent sales resulting.
Chun Farm building at Horsmonden, marketed with 4.7 acres of pasture, sold in excess of the guide price of £325,000. Scotts Hill buildings at Hartlip near Sittingbourne comprises a timber store with planning permission for a change of use to a four bed dwelling standing in seven acres of land. Offered for sale at £300,000 after a short marketing period, a number of offers were received with a sale now in hand with solicitors at a considerably higher price. Similar interest was created for the Parlour Barn at Hawkenbury, Staplehurst where a sale has been agreed in excess of the original guide price of £195,000.
