DIRECTIONS:  The nearest identifiable postcode is ME13 0SF.  If approaching from Faversham along the Faversham Road, proceed under the motorway bridge and the land will be seen on the right-hand side.  If following directions from Faversham, head north-west on the A2 and as you leave the town, pass over the roundabout and look out for the next left-hand turn signed towards Newnham/Doddington.  Follow along this lane passing under the motorway bridge and the land will be found on your right-hand side on the junction with Homestall Road.

SITUATION:  The land is located on the North Downs in the parish of Norton, some 3.4 miles west of the town of Faversham in Kent.  This triangular site is sandwiched between the Faversham Road, Homestall Road and bordering the north bound carriageway of the M2 motorway on its northern boundary.  The M2 motorway junction 6 is accessible at Faversham with its onward connections to London and the coast.

DESCRIPTION:  A gently sloping south-easterly facing bank laid to pasture with a gated entrance from Homestall Road and the Faversham Road.  The land is divided into grazing paddocks with the lower part of the land benefitting from a made up trackway running parallel to the Faversham Road.  The land comprises chalk downland and is suitable for a wide range of cropping, potentially including arable cultivation, grazing or viticulture.
