DIRECTIONS:  The nearest postcode to the property is TN12 6SD.  From the centre of Five Oak Green village, head south east on Badsell Road until the roundabout intersection with the A228.  Turn left and head north passing over the railway and take the second entrance on the left hand side and the entrance to the land will be seen almost immediately on your right hand side.  This entrance is locked as it also provides access to an adjacent quarry owned by Tarmac to the north of the land being sold.  To view the land parcels park in the farmyard at Stone Castle Farm and follow the path north east out of the farmyard along the track which connects through to the quarry road.  The land being sold borders this track on its eastern side.
