A former hop picking machine shed of portal frame construction externally clad with corrugated fibre cement under a similar roof. The building has an approved Change of Use for conversion to a 4 bedroom detached dwelling with developable floor area (scaled from the approved plans) of approximately 4,260 ft2 / 395 m2. The approved plans show:
