125 Years Director Spotlight
Daniel Page
Dan Page isn’t just navigating planning policies, he’s navigating life at full speed (often on two wheels). Since joining Lambert & Foster in 2020, he’s earned a reputation for taking on complex planning challenges with calm confidence, a farmer’s instinct, and the sort of dry wit that makes even the trickiest cases feel manageable.
With roots in rural Kent and a childhood spent wrangling beef and lamb on the family farm in Westerham, Dan’s connection to the land runs deep. He knows his way around a valuation, a planning application – and a livestock trailer. It’s that rare mix of technical know-how and muddy-boots experience that makes him a go-to for clients looking for straight answers and solid results.
He’s passionate about achieving the best results for clients, whether that’s securing planning permission, arranging compensation claims for utility infrastructure projects or supporting landowners through complex valuations; one of which even culminated in quite a landmark event, where in 2021 almost 60 antique carts were auctioned, the aerial photograph of which is now live on via Google Earth, no less.
Outside the office, Dan’s usually on the move, quite literally. A keen cyclist, he’s toured the tulip fields of Holland, is taking on London to Paris later this year, and is plotting a two-wheeled family adventure around Majorca next summer. Closer to home, he’ll be found cycling the Dorset coast or loading bikes into the car in an impressive display of dad logistics.
Weekends are mostly spent being Daddy Taxi, dashing between sports matches, cheering on his son’s football team (Lambert & Foster proudly sponsor the Tunbridge Wells Foresters U10s), and navigating the delicate diplomacy of a whippet puppy and a disapproving cat.
Ask him what makes Lambert & Foster special, and he doesn’t hesitate: “It’s the people. There’s real dedication, integrity, and skill here and it shows in the way we look after our clients.”
Looking ahead, Dan sees big opportunities for growth: more offices, new sectors, and continued innovation across the L&F and Bloomfields teams. With a vibrant, enthusiastic group of professionals and a new generation coming up through the ranks, he’s confident the future is bright.
“I joined during Covid and was instantly impressed by the commitment of the team, even in the toughest times, people were going the extra mile to get the best possible outcome for clients.”
Dan brings that rare balance of head, heart, and handlebars to everything he does—whether he’s navigating planning regulations or planning the next family bike adventure.
