My connections with the farming community meant that I knew Lambert & Foster were experienced auctioneers, valuers and property managers with a good reputation. When I was looking for a company to manage a let property I chose Lambert and Foster. A good reputation takes years to gain. If a problem does occurs with property maintenance, repairs, or an issue with a tenant I needed to know that they could resolved it. Over the years I have had central heating boilers breakdown, drains get blocked, water taps fail and numerous other little issues. Each time, the team at Cranbrook have quickly resolved them, contacting the trademens that they use regularly. Its this ‘piece of mind’ that the team at the Cranbrook office have provided for many years. Anna and her team have found some really good tenants. I am very happy to recommend their services.
