Resolution to grant planning permission for 150 houses
Lambert & Foster, acted on behalf of landowners to set up a Promotion Agreement with Gladman for a proposed development of 150 dwellings with associated affordable housing and open space. We are pleased to confirm that a resolution to grant planning permission was achieved at a recent Planning Committee meeting.
This will bring forward much needed housing in line with the Government’s desire to increase house building in the country. Once the S106 legal agreement has been completed, Lambert & Foster will be jointly marketing the site with another local land agent.
