Ban on evictions on residential property extended
The ban on evictions from residential property in England has been extended to 21st February 2021
Current restrictions were due to end on 11th January, following a month-long ban on bailiffs serving notices and enforcement in England over the Christmas period. There are exemptions, which include where Tenants have built rent arrears for six months, irrespective of when they were accrued and for anti-social behaviour.
