A challenging winter
We are no doubt going to be entering into a challenging autumn and winter period with high inflation, energy and a cost of living crisis looming. With the recent change in Prime Minister, it appears that some homes and businesses will have some financial assistance over the next six months. Let’s hope these measures make a difference and we have a mild winter!
Following the sad passing of Queen Elizabeth, we enter into a new era with King Charles III and it will be interesting to see how he might influence climate change, the rural economy and other issues close to his heart.
We provide an update on the current state of the property market which still remains buoyant despite all the changes going on around us.
