Lambert & Foster have exchanged contracts on the sale of a parcel of development land in a village in the Weald of Kent for a local Charity. The site comprises twenty five new houses, of which thirteen are private market housing, and the sale of these houses will enable the funding for twelve Almshouses to be constructed and rented out by the Almshouse Charity.
The charity properties will bring forward much needed housing for local residents.
